The Different Question

In this integrative trauma-informed work, the spark that starts the healing often lies in asking a “different question.” It is a gentle beginning, and yet has the power to start your healing journey and support you along the way.

The H.E.A.L. Method is dedicated to enhancing self-awareness, increasing self-esteem, releasing past traumas and psychological blocks and reducing physical symptoms of dis-ease or ailments.

What to expect: The H.E.A.L. Method implements flexibly structured questions and expansive interventions of working with mind, body and soul, through word, movement, breath, and silence. This allows a client to connect core beliefs, emotions, locations in the body where these are stored and relevant memories.

The AIM is to promote inner empowerment for healing, as well as a clear, realistic, and positive attitude, in order to learn and implement new personalized skills for an effective, productive, and functional life.

Individual H.E.A.L. Sessions


 

The transformative work of trauma-informed healing is deep and impactful when we can work together one-on-one. In these sessions, as a framework, we walk through the six healing steps from the Whole Health Medicine Institute.

  1. Believe You Can Heal Yourself: Do the mindset work to shift beliefs and calm the nervous system in preparation for healing.

  2. Connect and Surrender to Your Inner Pilot Light: Surrender to whatever you believe in - God, Goddess, Spirit, Universe, etc. - to guide you on this journey.

  3. Surround Yourself With Healing Support: Connect with a team of providers, such as therapists, healers, and advocates, to surround and support you.

  4. Diagnose the Root Cause of Your Issue(s): Connect with the underlying source of unease. This is not necessarily a medical or psychological condition.

  5. Write the Prescription for Yourself: Step into your full power as the author of your healing and craft a healing plan.

  6. Treat Your Fears And Resistance: Address and release stored trauma compassionately and gently.

    Payment plans are available and discussed in the discovery call. Session can be done weekly or once every two weeks for best results and we move at your own pace. Sessions within the package are personally tailored and are 60-90 min long.

Groups & Workshops


Understanding and releasing trauma in a group setting is an excellent option for many people.

We awaken our purpose as we become more authentic and unapologetic about our own truth. Together, we work to cultivate an honor of self and respect for others. These workshops create space for us to examine our boundaries, inner child needs, and self sovereignty. And they allow us to complete and leave behind the parts of our lives that no longer serve us so that we can step into whatever is ready to blossom for us.
